He holds a Master of Science in Ecology and Biochemistry from the University of Kentucky and is widely regarded as an influential voice in the discipline, with over 40 presentations at international conferences and several peer-reviewed publications.

Mr. Bleiler鈥檚 body of work in remediation has focused on embedding risk- and nature-based solutions into sustainable site closure, achieving client cost savings exceeding $250 million, while remediating and uplifting dozens of sites. His expertise encompasses site investigation, remedy evaluation, risk management, site restoration, and sustainable remediation. His achievements have been recognized by the Western Dredging Association and the U.S. Navy, among others. Most recently, his leadership was highlighted through the East Newark Riverfront Park Project, a nationally recognized regenerative remediation initiative that won a Project Merit Award from the Environmental Business Journal.

Ken Butler, P.E., a seasoned professional with 39 years of experience, is internationally recognized for his exceptional performance on high-profile bridge projects. He has dedicated 27 years of his career to 91影视, where he has played a pivotal role in the design and construction of 38 complex bridge projects with a combined construction cost exceeding $10 billion. Many of these projects are iconic and record setting, showcasing Ken鈥檚 expertise and leadership in the field.

Ken holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Maryland and is a registered Professional Engineer in 16 U.S. states. His tenure as 91影视鈥檚 North America Director of Bridges Services and Chief Bridge Engineer for the Complex Bridge Practice highlights his ability to drive client satisfaction and business success. A prolific contributor to the field, Ken has published and presented 34 technical papers on long span and complex bridges and has conducted multi-day design training workshops for numerous state and federal transportation agencies, including VDOT, LADOTD, DelDOT, PennDOT, Alberta Transportation, Puerto Rico Transportation Highway & Transportation Authority, MassDOT, and USACE. Additionally, Ken is a guest lecturer for an annual class on Alternative Delivery Methods for Virginia Tech鈥檚 Civil Engineering Department. Marc Colella has over 25 years of global experience in building engineering design, management and leadership; as an 91影视 Fellow, he is driving our industry forward through his passion for people, his collaborative instincts and his commitment to technical innovation.

Currently based in Melbourne, Australia, Marc has played a leading role in the delivery of complex infrastructure projects around the world. His deep technical expertise includes the conceptualization of integrated engineering designs for major building developments 鈥� including tall towers and social infrastructure (healthcare, education and sports) 鈥攁nd infrastructure across the aviation sector.

During extended periods living in both New York and London, he worked on iconic projects including World Trade Center Tower 1 and London Bridge Tower 鈥淪hard.鈥� More recently, he supported the delivery of the detailed master plan for The Line, part of the NEOM megaproject in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Passionate about building design and the construction industry 鈥� and its responsibility to contribute to a net zero carbon future 鈥� Marc currently leads 91影视鈥檚 Portfolio Decarbonization global initiative as well as its global Commercial Real Estate End Market.

Marc has previously led digital transformation programs to automate design and workflows, as well as create a high-performance culture of innovation and sustainability that has opened new markets.

Dr. Rosa E. Gwinn is a globally recognized authority in the identification and mitigation of per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) with over 30 years of experience at 91影视 and its legacy companies. Her extensive expertise, including a doctorate in Geology from Brown University, has significantly benefited the organization and the wider regulatory community. As the leader of 91影视鈥檚 Global PFAS Initiative, Dr. Gwinn has developed innovative PFAS evaluation protocols and contributed to critical publications and global presentations, cementing her position as a pivotal figure in environmental consulting.

Dr. Gwinn鈥檚 primary technical focus includes the characterization and remediation of environmental contaminants such as chlorinated solvents, munitions and explosives of concern (MEC), munitions constituents (MC), and chemical warfare materiel (CWM). Her recent work addresses the challenges posed by PFAS contamination. By invitation from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), she participated in an industry and technology roundtable focused on accelerating innovation in addressing PFAS in drinking water. Dr. Gwinn has participated in numerous prestigious forums, including the Tackling PFAS Forum in Antwerp, the EPA in Washington, D.C., and various environmental and industry symposia. She has also been featured in the Environment Analyst and recently co-authored a peer-reviewed article in Environmental Science and Technology on novel sorbents for PFAS. Additionally, she mentors rising professionals and actively supports the development of future women leaders, further solidifying her role as a key knowledge leader within 91影视 and the broader environmental community.

Bill Hanway, executive vice president and Global Sports and Social Infrastructure Lead, is a trained architect whose work focuses on large-scale regeneration projects, major sports events master planning and sports venue design.

Bill works closely with civic leaders, team owners and key stakeholders to leverage the capital investment required to host major sports events and deliver new sports venues to ensure that they create positive economic benefit and physical improvement to surrounding communities. He currently leads the 91影视 team for the Los Angeles 2028 Olympic and Paralympic Games Plan (LA28). Previously, he led the 91影视 team that delivered the Rio de Janeiro 2016 Games and Legacy masterplan and the design team for the London 2012 Games and Legacy masterplan. He also served as an advisor to the Tokyo Metropolitan Government on the Tokyo 2020 Games Plan.

In addition to LA 2028, Bill led the design team delivering the Intuit Dome, the new home of the LA Clippers. The project has achieved critical acclaim and has received multiple design awards. The Intuit Dome has been awarded LEED Platinum status and will be net zero carbon from its inception. Other recent projects include the Golden 1 Arena for the Sacramento Kings (the first LEED Platinum sports facility in the world), and a new campus extension for Cambridge University.

Bill holds a Master of Architecture degree from the Graduate School of Design at Harvard University.

Steve Woodrow is a recognized global authority in tunneling, bringing more than 30 years of experience with 91影视 and its legacy companies. Over the course of his career, he has been instrumental in delivering more than 50 major tunneling projects across four continents, applying innovative approaches that consistently deliver outstanding results for clients. As 91影视鈥檚 Global Tunneling Practice Lead, he provides strategic leadership and technical oversight for some of the world鈥檚 most complex and high-profile projects, all while upholding his steadfast commitment to safety and quality.

A graduate of Imperial College London with a Bachelor of Civil Engineering, Mr. Woodrow has dedicated his career to advancing tunneling and engineering practices. His unique blend of technical design and practical construction experience has enabled him to develop solutions that align with clients鈥� preferred construction methodologies. He has shared his expertise widely, through lectures for the British Tunnelling Society, technical publications, and as an active collaborator with peers across the industry. A respected thought leader, he has championed constructible, efficient designs and advanced 91影视鈥檚 Sustainable Legacies strategy by driving low-carbon solutions on projects such as the London Power Tunnel (LPT2).

Mr. Woodrow鈥檚 contributions have been recognized through multiple industry awards, including as a finalist for the prestigious James Rennie Medal, and he was honored as an 91影视 Employee of the Year in 2016.

Dr. Robert 鈥淏ob鈥� Edelstein, senior vice president, Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS), in North America, and global ITS practice lead, has more than 39 years of experience in transportation and has been at the forefront of ITS technology since the 1980s. Dr. Edelstein was instrumental in the development of Transportation Management Centers to help safely and efficiently manage traffic on heavily congested U.S. roadways, and his team鈥檚 industry-leading dynamic pricing applications have established 91影视 as the leader in managed lanes solutions.

Professor John Endicott is an acknowledged thought leader in his field whose efforts and abilities to leverage capabilities around the world have helped establish 91影视鈥檚 global reputation for geotechnical and tunneling expertise. John has acted as an appointed technical expert for the Hong Kong government and other organizations and is an avid and dedicated mentor. He has worked on over 100 underground railway stations and many water, road and rail tunnels, basements, foundations, and slopes in his tenure at 91影视. He also served as Adjunct Professor at Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and at University of Hong Kong and Fellow Commoner at St Catharine鈥檚 College Cambridge.

Recently, John has played a pivotal role on mega projects in Saudi Arabia and provides global consultancy on underground constructions, with active engagements in the Middle East, India, Singapore, and Hong Kong.

Ant Wilson MBE FREng, now retired, has over 35 years of industry experience. His legacy is one of innovation, mentorship and sustainable design 鈥� a testament to his enduring influence in the field of building engineering. A familiar presence at more than 100 events annually, Ant shared his expertise generously as a public speaker and facilitator. He actively engaged with the next generation of engineers as a science and engineering ambassador, visiting local schools to impart knowledge about engineering, the environment and sustainability, and mentoring students throughout their academic tenures. Ant鈥檚 accolades are numerous, including being named a Fellow of the Royal Academy of Engineering in 2015. In 2017, he received the Member of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire (MBE).
