Dina Scippa
Dina Scippa, senior gender and social inclusion advisor, works across 91影视鈥檚 international development team, focusing on integrating gender and social inclusion considerations across programming and proposals development efforts. She has 15-plus years of experience in research, training program support/technical assistance and advocacy on gender issues in multiple sectors in civil society strengthening, agriculture and rural livelihoods, financial inclusion, conflict and transitions, gender-based violence, environment and natural resources and climate change adaptation. She has proven skills in organizational change, strategy and planning and budget management. She is a results- and people-oriented manager able to motivate individuals, teams and partnerships. Scippa has worked in nearly 20 countries on short-term assignment across Africa, South Asia, the Pacific Islands, the Middle East and Latin America; along with four years based in Djibouti, working with non-profits and the private sector.
