Flora Ramos
Flora Ramos has more than 30 years of experience in the construction industry, 24 of them with 91影视 Tishman. As Director of Community Relations, she oversees the minority- and women-owned business enterprise (MWBE) participation throughout the duration of a project and is a key liaison between the certifying agencies, contractors and 91影视 Tishman. Flora also oversees outreach and recruitment of MWBEs through workshops and networking events. She works closely with the project managers to first, ensure contractors comply with document submissions for themselves as well as for subcontractors, and second, to authorize the release of payments once certifying agencies are satisfied with the documentation.
