Paula Henry
Paula Henry is senior project manager in the infrastructure unit for 91影视 International Development Europe. She joined 91影视 a year and half ago and has more than nine years of experience in international development work for governments, aid agencies and international organizations. Paula is part of the 91影视 team involved with the Global NDC Implementation Partners (GNIplus) initiative, along with representatives from Bakers & McKenzie, Climate Policy Initiative and Ricardo Energy and Environment, which supports developing countries to effectively implement their Nationally Determined Contributions (known as NDC鈥檚).
