Our performance review structure will remain the same, focusing on direct performance and our key behavioural competencies. Being a role model, client focused, impactful and decisive all remain just as relevant as they did before. For team members, the outcome of their performance review (performance & behaviours) will continue to lead into their annual salary review.

As someone who highly values flexibility within the workplace, I think it takes great initiative to give responsibility back to employees to focus on achieving their work outcomes in their desired environment and at a time that suits both their personal schedule and that of the client.
The article portrays your forward-thinking nature to empower employees and provides an insightful perspective of its’ importance in the current workplace. Great read, thank you!

I would keen to understand how these initiatives will translate into your performance management processes as well as your remuneration strategies, if ultimately work will be entirely focussed on outputs?
