I very much enjoyed your article. I am a woman of color also and have experienced similar situations as yourself; however, there are those who come along in our lives and give us that needed encouragement to move forward and achieve that which no one would ever think we could do.

This is a wonderful experience that you are part of and an encouragement for most young people in today’s society to never quit or give up on your dreams.

Congratulations to you and your group

Your students are a pleasure to host. Our London programme (with the students visiting 9 different departments in a week) gives the students a taste of what each team does and, more importantly how that fits into the bigger picture and success of 91Ó°ÊÓ. The individual feedback forms I receive for each student from the departments they are hosted by, show that your students really engage with each department and have learnt a lot.

It was funny, however when they realised that we work a 40 hour week and commented “what 8 hours every day!!, wow you work hard”.

I look forward to hosting 4 more of your students this year.
