We served as CM for this new 40-story, 1.2 million SF, 800-room hotel connected to the Indianapolis Convention Center, plus an underground parking garage.

It will have joint convention expansion space for the convention center including a 50,000 SF ballroom.

A three-part project comprising the Plant Riverside Hotel, the Three Muses Hotel, and the Atlantic Hotel and West Garage.

A historical renovation and expansion of an abandoned power plant on the Savannah River into three hotels totaling 413,141 SF and 419 keys. The project also includes a 252,060 SF, 488-space parking garage; a quarter mile of new Riverwalk; 1.5 acres of public parks and plaza; 670,000 SF of entertainment and hospitality space; 18,000 SF meeting and event space; and 5,600 SF of retail pavilions.

91影视 Tishman served as CM for this 45-story, 356,490 SF luxury high-rise at 20 West 53rd Street. Consisting of a 120-room, five-star hotel on the building鈥檚 first 12 floors, 60 luxury condominiums on the upper 32 tower floors, and a 27,500 SF white box on the ground floor and two below-grade levels (housing the New York Public Library鈥檚 Donnell branch), the project attained LEED Silver.

Designed by SOM, the project is positioned as the last word in urban luxury. On the second floor, a 50-foot crystal bar pavilion is surrounded by an outdoor terrace, while other amenities include a spa with a 55-foot indoor pool, a fitness facility and an upscale restaurant at street level.

We served as CM for this 812,482 SF, 41-story hotel and condominium tower, which features 232 hotel rooms, a world-class spa and extensive amenities on its lower floors and 143 private residences in the tower beginning on the 15th floor.

Residences range from one-bedroom apartments to a grand 10,000 SF top-floor penthouse suite. Among Four Seasons Nashville鈥檚 safety achievements, the project went over 560 days without a lost-time incident.

91影视 Tishman provided construction management services, as part of a Joint Venture, to Carpenter & Company for the adaptive reuse of the former New Orleans World Trade Center, a national historic landmark and mid-century icon designed by Edward Durell Stone.

Designed by architects Cambridge Seven, the new 34-story hotel in the heart of downtown New Orleans has 341 guest rooms, 92 condominiums, two restaurants, 28,000 SF of meeting space, a Four Seasons spa and fitness center, a rooftop pool and deck and a high-tech cultural center.

91影视 Hunt, as part of a joint venture, provided construction management services, including cost estimating, scheduling and analysis, value engineering, constructability reviews, bid package development, and bidder prequalification鈥檚 for a new Hyatt Place hotel in Downtown Nashville.

Located close to the famous Broadway entertainment district and a block from the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum, Hyatt Place is a 233,539-square-foot, 255-key room hotel with 78,000 square feet of parking, fitness and meeting space.

91影视 Hunt was selected as construction manager for the JW Marriott Austin 鈥� the largest JW Marriott in North America by guest rooms.

The project encompassed a 1,200,000-square-foot, 34-story hotel with a tower skin comprised of metal panels and curtainwall in addition to three levels of underground parking, five levels of public space, and 28 guest levels with a total of 1,012 guestrooms. The public space includes a junior and grand ballroom, exhibition space, two restaurants, and an outdoor pool and bar area.

91影视 Hunt served as construction manager on the JW Marriott Indianapolis. Paying homage to its setting through site orientation, massing and materials, this 1,500,000-square-foot, 34-story crescent-shaped luxury hotel tower consists of a 1,005-room JW Marriott and 400,000 square feet of ballroom, meeting and support space.

This includes a 40,500-square-foot grand ballroom, a 20,700-square-foot junior ballroom, 20,000 square-feet of exhibition space, 31 meeting rooms, two full service restaurants, a three-story parking garage, and a pedestrian bridge connecting the hotel to the convention center. By square feet, it鈥檚 the largest JW Marriott to date.

Located in the heart of downtown Denver鈥檚 business district, the Le Meridien / AC Hotel is a unique dual-brand facility that serves as a central hub for convention goers. 91影视 Hunt served as construction manager on the 258,000-square-foot hotel 鈥� which stands at 21 stories and contains 495 rooms.

Just five blocks from the Golden Triangle Creative District, the hotel extends the vibe with curated art, eclectic music and an on-site marketplace. Corinne, a destination dining restaurant, and The Lobbyist, a cocktail lounge and coffee bar, are the hotel鈥檚 featured food and beverage outlets, providing unique culinary creations.

91影视 Hunt served as CM for this 193,565 SF, 12-story, 315-key hotel located on the historic Whiskey Row, in downtown Louisville.

This project is a dual-brand combination hotel with Autograph Collection Hotels and Moxy Hotels by Marriott. Amenities include a ballroom, meeting rooms, an exterior event deck, restaurant and spa.

91影视 Tishman served as CM for this 850,000-SF mixed-use commercial and residential casino resort. The first of its kind in Massachusetts, the casino resort represents a substantial investment in the city and acts as a catalyst for growth.

The project encompasses a 125,000-SF casino; a 250-room, four-star hotel tower; 85,000 SF of Class A office space; 45,000 SF of meeting and convention space, with pre-function and back-of-house/food preparation areas; a multiplex and bowling alley; 165,000 SF of retail and restaurant space, including seven eateries; and a structure containing parking for 3,400 vehicles, dock and physical plant space. The scope of work also included the relocation of a historic masonry church. The mixture of new construction and two rehabilitated historic buildings creates a vibrant town square atmosphere in downtown Springfield.

91影视 Tishman served as CM for the original build of the state-of-the-art convention and business hotel on a two-acre site along the Chicago River.

We subsequently undertook a renovation and complete upgrade of hotel鈥檚 1,209 rooms, which took place in three phases to eliminate disruption to hotel guests and operations. During each phase, 400 rooms and suites received upgraded and new furnishings, wall coverings, carpet, doors and paint.

91影视 Tishman provided construction services for Related鈥檚 mixed-use mega-project, designed by Frank Gehry.

Located directly across from Gehry鈥檚 Walt Disney Concert Hall and covering a full city block, the project encompasses two towers 鈥� the 28-story, 305-key luxury hotel Conrad Los Angeles and the 45-story, 436-unit apartment building, The Grand by Gehry 鈥� as well as 744 parking spaces and 162,000 SF of retail space, for a total of 1,563,000 SF. At The Grand by Gehry, 20 percent of the apartments will be available to low-income residents.

91影视 Tishman served as CM for this 425-room luxury business hotel, located on a scenic landscaped riverfront site just north of Chicago鈥檚 Loop.

Given the tower鈥檚 challenging siting 鈥� on an underground rail freight system and the remains of old building foundations 鈥� our approach called for detailed research, planning, engineering and construction efforts. Built on a fast-track schedule, the project encompassed a 20-story guestroom tower; three lower levels housing ballrooms, meeting and pre-function facilities, garage parking and mechanical/support facilities; a glass-walled entrance pavilion and lobby; two restaurants, a health club and business services center; and a landscaped public promenade.
