91影视 Hunt served as CM for this 170,000 SF addition and a 171,000 SF renovation to an existing high school, including addition, relocation and demolition of major utilities, sanitary sewer and storm systems, future primary and secondary electrical conduit systems, and new concrete paving.

A 118,000 SF, 2-story elementary building for K-5 with learning riser, cafeteria, kitchen, gymnasium, indoor slide, and outdoor playground.

This project is part of a future growth plan that includes an addition to Fortville Elementary School, campus circulation improvements, new elementary school, and a new transportation center.

91影视 Tishman served as CM for the campus redevelopment of the Friends Seminary, the oldest continuously operating coeducational school in New York City.

The program included the new construction of 77,500 SF and 32,500 SF of renovation. The scope of work included combining into one building three 19th century masonry townhouses 鈥� recognized as historic landmarks by the Landmarks Preservation Commission 鈥� as well as the addition of two floors of academic space and a new play roof on Hunter Hall.

A new 65,957 SF natatorium including excavations, concrete foundations, structural steel, exterior facade, roofing, interior finishes, 50-meter Olympic-sized pool which has two movable bulkheads and can be reconfigured to support two 25-meter competition courses, two 25-yard courses or a 50-meter Olympic training course. The facility features an integral diving well, spectator seating capacity of 1,150, as well as a zero-depth entry therapy pool, locker rooms, storage, plumbing and HVAC.

This project includes a two-story addition at the north side of the existing building to provide additional classrooms, art and science labs.
Work includes renovation of existing spaces, as required, to provide access and extend circulation corridors to the new addition. Scope also includes demolition of two existing large group instruction rooms at the south side of the building near the main entrance, as required for construction, to enlarge the existing cafeteria and provide for two new large group instruction rooms. The project includes reconfiguration of the cafeteria serving area and renovation of an area adjacent to the cafeteria to provide teacher restrooms, enlarged teacher dining, and improved cafeteria staff facilities.

91影视 Hunt served as CM for this 125,000 SF, one-story elementary school. The complex includes a large gym, a fully functioning kitchen and cafeteria and a standalone media center.

The school houses kindergarten through fifth grade and features terrazzo floors throughout the corridors, interior courtyards for more natural lighting and multiple playgrounds.

91影视 Tishman served as CM as Agent for the historic renovation and expansion of this designated New York City landmark.

Work across the campus included a reconfiguration of the main building鈥檚 core, the creation of new interiors spaces, modification of MEPS systems and a new 8,400 SF campus commons, plus the 65,000 SF addition, capped by a 21,000 SF synthetic turf field that links the Annex Building and Lower School Building. Construction of the addition was performed adjacent to the fully occupied school.

The project included the selective demolition and renovation of existing buildings, additions to two buildings, as well as the excavation of new stormwater ponds and all associated stormwater piping. In addition, the construction saw the addition of a fire protection loop system, code upgrades and a complete renovation to the HVAC system including a new central energy plant with ice storage, as well as a future classroom building.

A new 116,000 SF elementary school on a green field site. The elementary school will have the capacity for grades K through 5th. Open spaces are created in corridors of each grade level as collaboration spaces. The building is on a geothermal system for heating and cooling and a solar array system will be installed as an alternate energy source. The solar array system will produce enough energy to offset a portion of the buildings electrical consumption.
