As part of this programme, 91Ó°ÊÓ has fulfilled the Transport Case Advisor (TCA) role on several corridors across Manchester, including:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ashton-under-Lyne \u2013 Stockport<\/li>\n<li>Manchester Piccadilly to Marple \/ Rose Hill Marple<\/li>\n<li>Manchester \u2013 Glossop \/ Hadfield \/ Stalybridge<\/li>\n<li>Oldham \u2013 Ashton<\/li>\n<li>Northern Loop<\/li>\n<li>South Manchester \u2013 Warrington (via Irlam)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Working within an integrated team incorporating modelling, environmental and engineering workstreams, 91Ó°ÊÓ was responsible for the developing the Strategic Outline Case (SOC), the Outline Business Case (OBC), Option Assessment reports, Need for Intervention reports and Appraisal Specification reports.<\/p>\n<p>The studies have directly informed the development of priorities for new Metrolink extensions across Greater Manchester, as reflected in the Greater Manchester Transport Strategy 2040 Delivery Plan and the revised Rapid Transit Strategy.<\/p>\n<p>The work has also formed the basis for funding submissions to Government, including the Manchester Airport Terminal 2 Metrolink extension and the Middleton Metrolink extension.<\/p>\n<h3>Key services<\/h3>\n<p>Transport modelling, economic and financial appraisal, business case development<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":6,"featured_media":84830,"template":"","tags":[],"city":[],"class_list":["post-84829","project","type-project","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry"],"acf":[],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/aecom.com\/content\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/project\/84829","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/aecom.com\/content\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/project"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/aecom.com\/content\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/project"}],"author":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/aecom.com\/content\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/users\/6"}],"version-history":[{"count":3,"href":"https:\/\/aecom.com\/content\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/project\/84829\/revisions"}],"predecessor-version":[{"id":121154,"href":"https:\/\/aecom.com\/content\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/project\/84829\/revisions\/121154"}],"wp:featuredmedia":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/aecom.com\/content\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media\/84830"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/aecom.com\/content\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=84829"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"post_tag","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/aecom.com\/content\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/tags?post=84829"},{"taxonomy":"city","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/aecom.com\/content\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/city?post=84829"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
