We have worked on high-profile projects such as the Climate Change Adaptation Plan for the Port of Houston, Texas, the Istanbul 2050 Urban Transformation Master Plan for which we put improving the resilience of this rapidly growing metropolis at the heart of the masterplan design, and the Hong Kong International Airport for which we proactively managed the physical risks of climate change and embedded climate resilience across its assets.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In Australia + New Zealand, we led a multi-disciplinary team of academics and consultants to deliver New Zealand&#8217;s first National Climate Change Risk Assessment (NCCRA).
