In this role, he is responsible for leading the local highway engineering team including structural and bridge engineering, road safety and traffic engineering, intelligent transportation systems, geomatics and surveys, as well as highway construction management and contract administration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cWe are thrilled to have Faisal join 91影视. His profound understanding of public sector challenges is a strong addition to our local transportation business,\u201d said Bruce McCuaig, senior vice president and regional business line leader for Transportation in 91影视\u2019s Canada region. \u201cHe understands what\u2019s required to manage and deliver innovative and safe transportation infrastructure that not only improves mobility, but also addresses today\u2019s pressing resilience, sustainability and social equity issues.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prior to joining 91影视, Mr. Siddiqui spent 17 years with the B.C. Ministry of Transportation and Infrastructure (BCMoTI) where he led the development of the multi-year Trans-Canada Highway four-lane program between Kamloops and the Alberta Border. He also led the design and implementation of rapid transit services along Highway 97 between West Kelowna and the University of British Columbia\u2019s Okanagan Campus. Most recently between 2018 and 2022, he managed design projects under the ministry\u2019s Provincial Capital Program which varied between $50-100 million annually while also working as a senior engineering manager and director of highway design and geomatics engineering.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cI joined 91影视 because of its global reputation for helping clients solve their complex infrastructure challenges and the firm\u2019s commitment to leave a positive lasting impact on communities they serve and our planet,\u201d said Mr. Siddiqui. \u201cI\u2019m looking forward to leading and growing the highway engineering team in BC and partnering with clients to deliver transformational highway projects that help communities thrive.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mr. Siddiqui is licensed by the Engineers and Geoscientists of British Columbia (EGBC) and is a member of the Institute of Transportation Engineers.
