The phased fit-out, which required extensive MEP and IT infrastructure work, includes a fertility center, OB/GYN center, and radiology and endoscopy programming, including all attendant specialty laboratory, phlebotomy, radiation, examination, and recovery spaces, as well as procedure rooms, physicians鈥� offices and support spaces. MEP and IT infrastructure work took in new AHUs, chillers, plate-and-frame heat exchangers, boilers, exhaust fans and gas-fired generator located on the roof, as well as BD and IDF rooms.
