The first mixed-income development in Atlantic City鈥檚 history, Boraie Development鈥檚 600 NoBe (formerly The Beach at South Inlet), is a four-acre, 321,000 SF commercial apartment complex.
The development encompasses 250 units 鈥� 50 of them affordable 鈥� across three five-story buildings clustered around a central plaza featuring on-site parking and an elevated sundeck with a 20,000 SF pool. 400 NoBe was honored in the 2022 Governor鈥檚 Excellence in Housing and Economic Development Award program with a Leading Neighborhood Revitalization Partnership Award.
